Quite a list! Hahahahaha!

It's always about money with these people. They're obsessed with money. Don't get me wrong, money's great, but these people think about it 24/7. Usually other people's.

OK, I didn't click on the link you provided to read the rest, but I'm betting the inauguration and the money spent is also mentioned, you know, "How can you throw so much money into crowning King George when hundreds of thousands have died..."

No, she actually didn't go there, I was amazed! Every other communi, er, progressive commentator has mentioned that item, but she was so worked up about poor Lenny Peltier and all the mistreated prisoners that she must've forgot to read that part of her talking points memo.

They keep complaining about how little we're giving for tsunami aid. Okay...let's start cutting lib programs and donate that, with the NEA at the top of the list. I dare the lib elitists to say how their precious arts are more important than food and water for the tsunami victims.

What an idiot the author seems to be.

Hardly worth the read, but thanks for the link anyhow. Mina's a good example of what happens when political activists think that they're economics experts. The economy of the Soviet Union is a perfect example of their work.

The number one wish of small children is for World Peace. It's amazing how adults become so layered in negative conditioning that they become cynical and jaded about the prospects of creating a better world.

I don't want to talk about the US giving money UNTIL Koffi Annan's son give a BIILLON or so.
Then we'll talk

Not always, there's mention of releasing murderers Leonard Peltier and Mumia Abu-Jamal. Of course in relation the author does demand millions of dollars in restitution e paid to them though. Others include ending the "war" in Columbia and destroying Israel's "Apartheid" wall and on and on... bla bla bla

How about this, "That the costs of the various programs in this New Year's wish list will be paid for by shifting the priorities of our nation away from death to life. That $300-$375 billion from the annual Defense Department budget will be transferred to programs described in this wish list. That any workers in military industries who lose their jobs as a result of the re-ordering of priorities of US society from death to life will be given training, job counseling and funneled into the new programs being proposed here."
Now really, how can anyone take any author seriously who advocates the elimination of almost the entire defense budget? I mean come on. Any person possessing even an iota of common sense would surely reject such an proposition. Sheesh!

(U) That all elections in the US are publicly funded and that there is absolute parity regarding the amount of TV coverage both incumbents and all challengers, including Third Party challengers, can obtain.
Ummm... doesn't this guy know that beyond commercials, media coverage can influence elections and do far more so than commercials?

The number one wish of small children is for World Peace. No, with respect, it is not. The number one wish of small children is for something good to eat, hugs from Mommy and Daddy, and limitless entertainment. That is why small children do not run the world, and properly so.

She decries the DoD, but I'll wager that she has no problems with any form of abortion and that she thinks that human euthanasia is "compassionate."
