If this was the hand of God passing judgement then God is surely on our side because this is one of the areas flagged for eventual attention on our war on terror. No, you're getting it just fine  :-)  'Zahra's Blue Eyes' is an Iranian TV series which essentially portrays Jews as being worse than Nazis...of kidnapping Palestinian and other Arab children and stealing their organs, etc. 

It's the sort of thing where one might think the initial concept process proceeded along the lines of "okay now, let's put the very worst libels and hysterical, anti-Semitic stereotypical characterizations of Jews together that we can think of and make it into a TV series designed to indoctrinate Iranian and other Arab children into a mindless hatred of Jews and the West" but no, it's far worse than that....it's beyond the standard, demented and insane fare that we've come to expect from Arab tv...somehow they've made it go absolutely over the top in this case.

I think that it's quite telling that we would never hear about this sort of filth and garbage if it wasn't for MEMRI.  The 'mainstream' Western media would have us all believe that all of the Arabs are good, decent people who merely want to get along with everybody else, while in reality they're churning out this sort of vile trash as fast as they can in a conscious, intentional effort to instill a seething hatred for Jews and the West in all Arabs, particularly the children.

It's absolutely sick and revolting.  We need to continually remind ourselves of how completely depraved these 'people' are.

Very well stated, although I would only wish to gently suggest that even in the 12th century (and earlier), Europeans and Western civilization exhibited far more humanity, kindness and decency than these sub-humans do even today.  Great noises are made about the long-past scientific contributions of the Islamic world, but whatever they produced or contributed a thousand years ago never gave them a basic sense of humanity and they never even advanced far enough technologically to dig up the oil that lay under their own feet.

Everyone is knocking the Muslims for asking the question why God allowed this to happen, but that is actually a very good question. Though, the speculation given here cannot be substantiated.

As far as I know, there were no prophets warning of this impending disaster. If there had been, who would have listened?

They are also correct in believing that God is angry with the wickedness of fornication and sodomy that is becoming more widespread in our world. Jesus warned that in the last days, before His return, the world would be like Sodom and Gomorrah.

Unfortunately for the clerics, God is also angry with the false prophets and promoters of false religions like theirs.

I am not sure why God allowed this disaster. I know it His mercy that preserves all of our lives, but we rarely ask why about the good days. We just take those for granted.

The days are coming when God's real judgment and wrath will be poured out. And this tsunami will look like a picnic. Because of the murder (including abortion and euthanasia), theft, adultery, fornication, idolatry, witchcraft, drunkenness and drug abuse, and for shedding the blood of His prophets and saints, God will pour out His fiery wrath on this world unlike it ever has been before. In two quick strokes, half of the earth's population will be destroyed. And this will not be the end. Imagine: not tens of thousands, hundreds of thousands or even millions, but BILLIONS DEAD. Can you imagine those headlines, if anyone is left to write them? People will become a scarce commodity like gold. And for all of this, there are some who still will not repent to give God glory.
