Is the SpyBot guy updating his definitions? I haven't gotten any updates lately. Yes it is updated. Make sure you've got version 1.3. 1.2 was abandoned some time ago.

My last definitions for v1.3 are dated 12/17/04, but I'm sure a newer one must already be available for downloading.
