Well I don't live in CA and here in Illinois I don't think the local stations even play the state of the state address. If they have I keep missing it. It is on CSPAN2 I think.

It may, repeat may be on Dish or Direct TV on a local LA station if you have them, not sure tho, but that may be another place to look if available.

Its not on yet. Typically CA Governors give the annual address in January to a joint session of the Legislature. Arnold's going to get presidential type attention again simply because no other American politician has his popularity or stature.
