You are wrong. The founding dads would have recognized Ruth Buzzy Ginsburg as the prototypical jurist. She has the foresight to advocate for application of other countries laws and customs instead of being dogmatically faithful to the Constitution.

Whatever makes you think they would prefer a Justice who exhibits fealty to the founding principles?
