Jordanian King Abdullah II (R) greets former US presidential candidate John Kerry in Amman, at the start of a tour of the Middle East that is expected to take the US senator to Iraq .(AFP/Jordan-HO)
What a doofus.
Still the same gigolo. What an elitist snob.
It's a mite late for this trip, ain't it?
Did Kerry bring combat fatigues and his trusty 8mm camera???
This small group of soldiers are probably the only ones he could find who voted for him.
Sorry, John. Your 15 minutes are up.
He's probably over there telling them about how he was in Vietnam.
" So you say that we are short of left handed screw drivers and buckets of steam? I will get right in that when I get back to the senate!"
As for this:
discusses the state of the troops morale
why am I getting the feeling that we just might hear a speech from the floor of the Senate from Senator Kerry (the man who doesn't care enough to be there today to defend the votes he may have gotten in Ohio) about Iraq, just like the speech he made about Vietnam?
After all, he's with his "band of brothers."
Notice they don't call him SENATOR Kerry. Gee, I'm watching C-SPan, and I didn't see him there at this job. Is he still collecting a salary? Does anyone in his district CARE?
He would have been there earlier but he spent Christmas in Cambodia.......again.
The troops don't seem to be interested at all. Bet they wish they were allowed to bring their guns and ammo with them to the mtg!
They look bored.
Poor soldiers. I wonder if they drew straws to see who would have to meet with Ketchup-Man. (Losers, of course.)

Kerry thinks these kinds of photo-ops will help him in '08. He doesn't have a clue that '04 was the closest he will ever get. '08 is Hillary's. Even if Hillary doesn't run, Kerry won't get the nomination again.
I wonder if he's hearing what he wants to hear? Judging by the look on his mug, highly unlikely :-D
No, we're usually told to be at a certain location at a certain time as there will be someone "important" there
When was the last time he was in a war zone?
Did he ask if they really needed the $80 billion he voted against?

This guy just EXUDES smarm...that soldier is gonna need a good post MOPP4 Cleansing!
It's almost like I can hear J. F'n K. saying "I have 3 Purple Hearts, y'know...bow down before my wife's bank account!"

Serviceman: "Dork"

Serviceman: "Dork"
Kerry: "Hey, give me $250 and I can get you a better haicut"
Soldier: "Please..... like that stupid looking quaff you have up there? I'll stick with my $5 buzz and still be able to tag you wife if she's looking for a true hero..." On second thought, I'd rather puke!"

What happened to that Elmer Fudd hunting jacket he wore for the last 2 months prior to the election?
He is such a poser.
To be perfectly clear, I'm not the kind of guy that wears a barn jacket to public affairs. My valet and I both hated that barn jacket- as any person of taste would.
Now that I've reassured you all on that point I'll respond to any criticisms of the Bush administration that the media have given you to ask me."
He has no shame. Still a traitor.
This one?
Kerry: "Dude, which way to the beach? I'm dying to get in some windsurfing!"
I eas wondering the same thing. He no longer has to try and look like Joe average guy so now it's back to the leather. How come no pictures of him saluting or doing the prayer and bowing thing?
"what an embarrsement"
He has no shame. How can he show his face after all the crap he said about the military.
No, what Kerry is doing is trying to look like he has nothing to do with the fun and games going on in congress today re. accepting the electoral votes from Ohio. Oh, and he is probably speaking with soldiers who will complain about the MSM not reporting the truth and will tell him that they believe in the mission 100%. Then Kerry will return to the US of A and speak on the floor of the Senate about how the troops don't believe in the mission and it is worse over there than the MSM is reporting.
Unbelievable, but true to form.
P.S. When is he meeting with the leader of the terrorists, uhhh, I mean "insurgents" or does that happen in Paris?
No, he's going to re-enact it in his living room when he gets back.
How long a vaction will he have to take to recover from the "stress" of the trip?
"If I'd only remembered to bring my fedora and bull-whip, I'd look like Indiana Jones."
He doesn't belong there. He is overstepping his bounds.
Thanks for the pix. Does anyone have the pic of Kerry at Wendy's restaurant with his finger jabbing the young marine's chest? The marine was disgusted that Kerry tried to use him and his buddy for a photo-op. That picture showed the real JFKerry.
Kerry's mouth is set in a moue of distaste as he stares at the ribbons on the young marine's chest, honorably earned ribbons. Kerry's bony finger with its Mandarin-length fingernail jabs the marine's chest while Kerry's other hand is curled into a fist.
This particular picture was only seen on the internet, I believe. It was not shown on tv or in BM newspapers.
Every pic of Kerry with troops from now on should have the Wendy's pic next to it. Think it should be like the AnneCoulter Rule. b.
No, I wished I had saved that one.
And remember well the one your talking about.
That pic spoke 1000 words.
Pics of John Kerry on Tour in Jordan and Iraq
Heres another:
I remember that pic well. Looked like the Marine was getting ready to draw his fist back at wimpy Kerry. Kerry just had a smirk on his face.

"By the way, did you know I served in Vietnam."
Boy, don't the service personnel in that pic looked thrilled.
