Like Florida, you can take Ohio out as a "Battleground State".
And don't expect Kerry to use his Ohio hunting license again before it expires.

Oh goody. The Dems are going to make themselves look even more STOOPID than they did during the election. This election was not even close like 2000. Most folks who are not already allied with one party or the other are just gonna think the Dems are idjits, but that's fine with me. This will work out great for the 2006 elections.

One minute they want the "normal" vote from flyover country, the next thing they are acting kooky to attract the rabid left wing kook vote.
They can't have it both ways....they look like rabid extremist hateful liberals....this will hurt them with the normal folk.

Jeff Sessions quite a funny little man, but brilliant too, and right on target as usual in belitting the attack of the democrats. He's making it perfectly clear, (as Ted Olson did last night on Hardball), that Gonzales is being tarred and feathered for a memo he did NOT write).

If she pulls this stunt, her chances for election in 2008 as President will be slimmer then before. This will be known as the "kiss of death" to their political chances nationwide. Red State America will NEVER forget and that includes all the red counties in the blue states.
Time now to start working on those grassroots conservatives who still didn't vote and increase our numbers. Please get active in your local county so we can reform the elections to insure that every vote is a LEGAL vote -- all things start local.

You have got to be kidding -- Washington State and Ohio are apples and oranges. In Washington State they manufactured votes AFTER the election. What part of that do you not understand? Obviously, you are NEW on here -- where did you get your talking points for the day?

100,000 votes and 100 votes is a big difference...especially when 30x that many votes may have been cast illegally. Two totally seperate things. There is obvious fraud in WA. What makes a diff is that there is the vote margin. The fraud made the diff in WA. It did not in OH...especially if GOP fraud AND dim fraud were both taken into account. SO...No...the GOP is right in what they are doing in WA. That election was stolen...and it is pretty darn obvious.
To: sodiumodium
If the GOP wanted to, it could protest the counts in WI, NJ and PN too. Conservatives tend to act on a more mature level though and try NOT to turn our elections into banana republic spectacles. Unlike DemocRATS.....

I saw an interesting discussion on the why on this with Brit's(Fox) roundtable..The point of it is to focus on the need for election standards reform, blah blah..It was their own dem elected officials that ordered/leased too few machines for their precincts but they blame the R Ohio Secy of State.
It is not the place for it..but the dems are determined to whine.

Geez I may have to make vodka martinis or open up a bottle of champagne instead of drinking beer if Hildabest is going to torpedo her presidential chances this afternoon. Have been watching the Gonzales hearing during the break to open the House the during the speeches the WINNING team was b*tch slapping the demoncrat disputers about their impending foolishness.

um. i didn't say they were the same. and claiming that votes were manufactured after the fact is about as absurd as the claims made by lefties about ohio vote rigging. HOWEVER, i think the attitude in washington needs to be toned down while this ohio debate starts since it will look like the gop wants it both ways according to the mainstream press. nice talking point yourself, btw.
To: PhiKapMom
This is how she makes up to the hard left for voting to authorize the use of force against Saddam Hussein. She's going to hope for a short memory on the part of some people.

The Dems making a fuss about Ohio to take the heat off of Washington. And the MSM following right along.

In the primaries it will. Ding ding ding, we have a winner. Hillary has TOLD Boxer to sign the Protest. Boxer will be a hero to the DUmmies on the left, and Hillary will be the loyal supporter without actually getting her hands dirty. Hillary will then continue her run to the right on other issues to become more presidential.
To: PhiKapMom
This will be known as the "kiss of death" to their political chances nationwide.
I seriously doubt it. Do you think that the average voter will be watching CSPAN this afternoon or will remember this incident after next week? The big media will show more natural disasters and celebrity trials to keep the sheep happy. Hillary is the anti-christ and she is slippery as an eel. The fact that a traitor and admitted war crimes candidate like John Kerry even came within 10 million votes of Bush should tell you that alot of the people can be duped. Kerry got 60 million votes.

"The Dems have a political death wish"
It gets better by the minute.
This election just keeps giving.
First Hanoi John Kerry, then Dasshole, and now it appears poised to sweep Hilary Klinton into the flood waters as well. :)
