Well, it wasn't all sweetness and light. I got conned into going to a "Big Brother and the Holding Co." concert . . . after Joplin quietly left, and went to see "Moby Grape"---when none of the original guys were there.

I also was briefly reviewing concerts for a music paper in Phx. and saw Zepplin, who were terrible. Jimmy Page was so stoned he couldn't sit down and cross his legs. Literally, a roadie had to cross his legs for him and hand him his guitar.
