If Kerry the Traitor had been "cheered", the liberal media would have plenty of photos. I have not seen one that shows the cheering troops.
It's a misunderstanding of the "J-uh" and "Ch-uh" sound.
no they probably announced him, the troops, out of respect because they are spectacular Americans (they would have to be to clap for this idiot!!) gave polite applause, but that is like a standing ovation or riot after Ohio State knocks off Michigan to the <font size=7)CR(/font size=7)AP
BS ping
and how come AFP has this part

"Kerry also asked soldiers what he should tell Congress about the war in Iraq and was told that "the good work that they are doing is not getting reported in the United States."
but the SFgate reporter does not?
TC
I'll believe "cheering" when I see the video, and not a moment before.
Hopeless drivel, a DU'ers fantasy.
don't confuse liberals with facts, when a lie is better.
I contacted the readers representative at the San Francisco Chronicle about the misleading/false headline on the article. He acknowledged it was incorrect, and was contacting the copy desk. -- If you wish to also contact the readers rep, POLITELY, his email is readerrep@sfchronicle.com
While there are Liberals in the military, they are by far the minority. The few in existence could have been herded to meet with him but The photos released do not indicate cheering. Caption to one has the troops registering a complaint with the Senator about good news never being told about Iraq.
I demand this person PROVE the claim cheering occured.
The reporter was cheering.
Get used to it. In a few weeks he will be referred to as "John Kerry, The Actual President Elect" in all the headlines.
Check out this SFGate headline. The MSM is such a joke....
When Kerry arrived in Baghdad, he was a little depressed, thinking about his failed presidential ambitions. Then, he made a speech which, in his opinion, was a real barn-burner that really stuck it to that poopy-head George Bush. This made Kerry feel better, even cheerful. When a reporter asked him how he had enjoyed trip, Kerry said "I was cheered in Baghdad."
'Kerry cheered'
But maybe no one else did.
Kerry BARF ping!
"Baghdad -- Sen. John Kerry, whose seemingly shifting positions on the U.S. war in Iraq plagued him throughout his presidential campaign, came to this war- torn capital Wednesday to see for himself whether the country was moving toward stability or deeper into chaos."
WHO does he think he is???? Hasn't anyone told him he was NOT elected President and nothing he says will be believed whether good or bad? Buffoon alert!
