1-09-05 the sickness that the rescue and volunteers workers are suffering from and that there is no help for them...they got sick 3 years to late...all the money and help that was given out 3 years ago to help all the families is done. these guys are dying and seems like no one cares and they are forgotten. how dare senator clinton take credit for all she has done when these men are left out to dry, no help ,nothing.....something needs to be done!!!!!!the public needs to know about this and i will not shut my mouth...to many of our hero's are now suffering and they are victims to and everyone has forgotten..out of sight out of mind???i don't think so...

You may have a valid viewpoint, but it is hard to tell, as we get many posts on this site by "trolls".
Somehow, I don't think you are one of them.
If you don't respond with more info, your post will most likely be pulled, and the subject seems to important to you to allow that.
There are other forums where incoherence is more highly prized.

If that's true, then going off like a loon isn't going to help them at all. Slow down, use correct grammar and punctuation. Write like you have some sense, like you know what you're talking about and I bet people will listen and maybe even take a stand with you. Take care. Don't let your emotions get control of you again. what am i babbling about, all the guys that went to help in the resuce efforts at 911 are now sick and dying of cancer and are being told that there is no help, they are on their own, they are to late. did you know that there is a time limit on when these guys were suppose to get sick????? awareness needs to get out there.
No doubt the rescue personnel have developed some health problems, but my take is that if they were truly dying like files, Hillary and Chuckie would be beating the Administration over the head with it 24/7.
Very Good Point. My dad is a vietnam vet and retired marine. He appreciated what people were doing for the forward deployed marines and sailors after 9-11. However, He was saddened b.c he had mades the same sacrifies for twenty years before the cold war and noonne cared.
I knew that the military is a sacrifice. However it is a sacrifice that I am willing to make just has he was. A true Hero is one that goes and does his job with no fanfare day after day.
I am not disputing that, just like Agent Orange, Gulf War Syndrome, etc. They probably developed something from working around all the dust but I have to add a caveat that there are some fakers out there

It's true, people who were exposed to the site are coming down with strange symptoms...
I know some early phase workers who have seen pulminary problems develop. I had a dry cough for almost four months. One of these guys is a NC cop (now retired at the age of 55). I've known him since before and through. He is not a faker or a shirker. I'm sure though that some will try to get something for nothing.

I seem to remember hearing something, recently, about problems associated with inhalation of dust from the site. Can't remember where I heard about it. I also heard that they used asbestos up to a certain point in the building of the World Trade Center. They were in the middle of building it when the use of asbestos was out-lawed. Could this be sickness associated with asbestos inhalation? Maybe somebody else on this thread remembers hearing any of this?

A search of "911 Asbestos Exposure" brings up a good many sites, mostly linked to Mesothelioma sites and you know that the Trial Lawyers won't let this rest!!!
Thus some of this was self inflected based on their good intentions to recover their associates bodies at ground zero.
Note: I am speaking as the father of a 9/11 victim that survived, but did have lung problems for several weeks just from being at ground zero for several hours and inhaling all that gunk
Wait everybody! I got an email from her and she is very upset. It seems her husband is getting sicker by the day. Maybe she'll post some more info on this.
Nobody knows for sure what the "soup" of stuff was. There's nasty stuff in lighting, in shatter proof window, in computers, plastics, etc. etc. etc. All of this material was burned together and no doubt re-combined in some hideous fashion.
It is one of many sites that would like honest answers to the unanswered questions surrounding 9.11.01.
Googling "911 rescue workers dying" brought up thousands of results...ReOpen911 was just the first, so it was linked.

Meek...it seems she may be a new posted who is just confused about how to work FR. Not positive, but she has sent a couple freepmails, and it seems her husband may be dying. He was at ground zero during the rescue phase.
