Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez and his followers allegedly "granted" US$ 100,000 to the Enocacerista Movement, according to an investigation conducted by the Peruvian newspaper El Comercio into the funding of the group managed by Antauro and Ollanta Humala.

The newspaper pointed out that "the Peruvian Ministry of the Interior views as reliable the information that states that in 2001 Hugo Chávez had sent to Antaulo Humala Tasso, through a retired army officer, the amount of US$ 100,000 to consolidate the political party."

According to intelligence sources, there were not additional deliveries because Humala "did not use properly" the money granted.

Based on the investigation conducted by El Comercio, the ultra-nationalist movement usually receives money from foreign parties, particularly from Mexico, Ecuador, Venezuela and Colombia.

If I were the president of Peru and heard about this, I would think about invading. I'd call up Colombia and have a very friendly chat with a soon-to-be powerful and committed ally. The thug of Caracas has absolutely got to go!

I far too horribly unfamiliar with Peruvian affairs, but I do understand that they have a history of some Communist guerrillas. Might this "ultranationalist Enocacerista Movement," of which I profess no familiarity, rank among the Communist guerrillas?

With Communist dictator Hugo Chaves now firmly entrenched in the oil-rich Bolivaran Republic of Venezuela, we must confront a plethora of national security concerns and activate a Cold War style containment plan. We should hope to support any movement to unseat the dictator and free the good people of Venezuela from his indubitably impending reign of terror.

Colombia suffers through a decades-long civil war between official government forces, paramilitary capitalistic terrorists, and the Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias de Colombia (FARC). FARC clearly tops the list of the most notorious non-Islamic terrorist organizations. The infamy of these narcoterrorists derive from kidnapping thousands for extortion and profitable sales of cocaine on the American market. FARC espouses a Marxist philosophy, aiming to impose itself as a Communist dictatorship in Colombia. The war started circa 1962.

Anyone who calls himself an 'ultranationalist' is for sure, trying to conceal that he is a communist. Communism's name has stunk for a long time so they like to say they are 'ultranationalists.' Has been happening this way since at least the Vietnam war. Scumbags, all.
