Sorry post #532 isn't very clear. The agreements and state depts refer to South American where Dodd recently travelled and the discussion revolved around our relationship with them. Rice reverted at the end to his bringing up Venezuela and she made it clear that we will not deal with a dictator in the same manner as we deal with a democratically elected leader.
Allen eliciting her expounding on the difference between false propaganda put out by such and Radio Marti where we broadcast the truth in an effort to reach oppressed peoples.
