Well its a privately run magazine so I suppose they can put what they wan`t in it.

My house is privately owned, but if I were to rent it I could not "discriminate" against potential tenants.
Pontius Pilate said, What is truth? Three thousand years later, the philosophically challenged twerps at Rolling Stone are still trying to figure it out.
Hmmmm. If nobody bought their magazine, would it really exist?
The persecution of Christians continues unabated.
Damn straight.
Hey, thats Tennessee Bob on the far right!
The Coon Creek Girls
You would have had to go a long way to find four prettier girls than the Coon Creek Girls. That's Lily May with the banjo, and seated with her on the timbers of the old water mill is Irene Ambergy. Opal Ambergy smiles along side the big bass fiddle and the demure miss with the violin is Bertha Ambergy. Not pictured are two more Ledford gals, Rosy and Susan, who played in the group from time to time. Their big break came in June of 1939 when they were invited to the White House to present their old songs and tunes for the entertainment for the King and Queen of England on their memorable visit to this country.
I concede. Maybe U2 is the greatest rock and roll band in the world. |
I get news from Time, Newsweek and practically every magazine or newpaper that is published in the world for free! It's ran just on donations :')
From L-R: Paul, Ringo, George and Oscar
IMHO Rolling Stone should have the right to do what they did. Just as any other publication or organization should also have the right to be selective about the ideas they publish.
Unfortunatley with the current set of laws "my rights my rights!" means no one can deny anything anymore and thoughful selection has been lost.
LOL!
Great suits.
Where do I get one ?
Have they got a fan club or website ?
I don't find this surprising at all.
Last I checked they thought that P-diddy was the greatest rocker in the world, lol.
Rock is dead. Just like this idiotic magazine should be. There are much better and more complex musical genres out there.
The "judgement" of God is not violence. It's actually the "end result" of violence. If you look at the Bible, prior to the flood, the world was filled with evil and violence. As a result of that condition, judgement resulted (i.e., the judgement of God).
But, in regards to the Tower of Babel, I'm at a loss as to what was the violent part of that event. I've never heard that talking different languages was violent. Perhaps I don't have the "right take" on speaking foreign languages. It might be violent after all.
