You still bow to Queens.
Neither Harry Truman, Richard Nixon, Jimmy Carter, or X42 (that we know of) were millionaires when they became President.
Our enemies today are calling us JESUS LAND...
And it produces, after overcoming the idiocy freedom allows, an EVENTUAL better reality.
I don't think we are at all a mountain-top towering over all other nations, and we tower least of all over Britain, from whom great lights have come.
But we do think our ideal is better than yours. Hence, American arrogance.
I never ever ever give a thought to why losers don't like winners.
Oh, they do not. Let's not be silly.
Nobody has ever claimed that a poor person has all the opportunity a rich person has -- nor would this even be desirable. What we have claimed is that, in America, riches and poverty are the most mobile and the least attached to non-economic factors. A classless society is not one where everybody has equal money; it is one where money moves toward productivity, instead of "class". The very people who argue that America is a country of millionaires who have no class are, unnoticed by them, making our argument for us.
When money is abundant and moves up and down ladders of class THAT, sir, is economic justice.
I've enjoyed talking with you. My regards to your fair and green land.
Does the word jealousy ring a bell?
That's why I want all aid that isn't aimed at America to be stopped. All Foreign, humanitarian, disaster, food, medical and other aid. ALL of it!
We're obviously trying to buy friends and all that it's gotten us is a 6 *TRILLION* dollar deficit. But we still don't have ONE friend in the world. Let em rot!
Instead of building up potential enemies, we should be building up ourselves!!
I'll enlighten you a bit. An 18 year old black child in the Ghetto can go to 80% of the colleges in America for free. The government (via a Pell Grant) pays for room & board, tuition, books, a little bit of spending money and even a low interest loan (6%)if he/she wants to buy a car or live in an apartment. Moreover, the Universities compete for such students as the government gives incentives to them for having such students. After graduation, the "Ghetto" person can continue his/her education for as along as they wish and good ole Uncle Sam will pay for it. When education is completed, companies compete for such students due to past practices and government initiatives. America current has many Harvard, Yale and more importantly, a thriving Middle Class work force from this system. Finally, in America, systems are transparent and information is freely exchanged.
