"Makes you wonder why the majority of blacks keep voting for the dems."

The dirty little (not so) secret is that the whole de-emphasis on REAL education in the public school systems of America was designed by the Dewey's of the world in the early part of the last century specifically to render the electorate docile and malleable to the will of a power elite.

This extends to include the 'Rats who make their fortunes in the public sector by keeping Blacks and other perceived minorities "on the plantation". They are willingly abbetted in this effort by those such as Jesse (Reverend of WHAT?) Jackson, Al (Bling-Bling) Sharpton, Maxine Waters and the like, who purposefully and willingly sell their their brothers into political and economic slavery in return for tax-free status, expense accounts, public funding, oh, yes, and a Toyota dealership or two.

As long as they keep this base rapping, playing midnight basketball and spending their entire disposable income on shoes and warm-ups, they can be assured that minorities will never so much as read one of the founding documents of this country, and will thus be ever dependent on their masters to tell them what rights the state in it's beneficence has decided to grant them today.

The vision of a self-actualized Black Woman ascending to the right hand of power in this country is anathema.

And she speaks understandable English, too. (Something Teddy the Swimmer hasn't yet mastered.)
