>>>>Was that near the Pilgrim Medical Center on Bloomfield Ave.
The bookstore is like...2 or 3 storefronts in from Bloomfield avenue.
If I was coming up Bloomfield avenue, I would have to make a right...the bookstore is right there on the left.
It is like a bookswap. New and used books. They specialize in RARE books.
I don't even know if that store would be there anymore. This was years ago. I was in college at this time.
Now that I'm thinking about it...maybe it was Montclair???
This was north of Bloomfield Center.
So I might be totally blonde here and thinking of Montclair?
Is there a clinic like this on the Ave in Montclair? Maybe that is my confusion. I remember seeing the one in Bloomfield. But, now that I think about it, I think this bookstore might have been up the Ave more.
>>>There is nothing like hands on.
What I would like to see in schools, incorporated into a biology or zoology class is a fetal development study.
I'm for using chicken eggs and an incubator.
Set up an incubator with chicken eggs.
Every 3 days take one out and break it open to study the development.
Once there are actual chicks developing the kids can see the stages of development.
As for the chicks....just feed them to a snake that can be in the class.
Now, tell me what an impact this would have! And, you do learn from it.
Snakes have to eat anyway, so it would just be a food chain thing.
Congress considered partial-birth abortion too controversial to show a film of one before a vote. I always thought congress should have been forced to see what many of them wanted legalized.
My daughter pushed on my tummy so hard one time...I grabbed my belly and felt ?an elbow, a foot?
I grabbed it and royally ticked her off! She treated me soooo bad for the rest of that day!!
My middle child was a big kicker.
I feel bad for my sister though. She is an ectomorph (small frame). When she carried her son, he literally kicked her ribs out.
It is amazing how interactive babies are with their moms when they are inutero.
I thought mine had invited a football team to join them in a 5 month long game of football!!
These memories are making me want another baby. I loved being pregnant.
Was your daughter a big baby? Mine were all approx 7.2#
Crys was 6 pounds 6 ounces
Cody was 7 pounds 4 ounces
Bump!
They are SWEET!
Your son looks like he would always be up to something!
Your daughter is looking like a young lady.
Sad and exciting to see them grow.
Crystal is 10 years old...Birthday in January, Cody is going to be 5 on the 20th! They are growing too fast! I miss their baby days.
I would love to have another baby, but I had gestational diabetes with Cody, so I got cut and burned after he was born. :(
I will back that up. I would hate to be in these peoples shoes who pushed abortion on us when that day comes.
God Bless you. Thankfully Cody is healthy and you are now too.
My baby is 5 too. My oldest and middle will be 8 and 10 this year.
We are mostly healthy anyway!!
Cody has Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis...brought on by untreated strep throat, when his dad took him and his sister and disappeared!
I have diabetes, but I am not insulin dependent. Cody has been recently tested for diabetes, but the test was negative.
I wish I had one more...or even 5 more!! I love babies! (Mine will be my babies till the day I die!!) :)
>>>Mine will be my babies till the day I die!!
Bumping that!
>>>brought on by untreated strep throat, when his dad took him and his sister and disappeared!
Oh wow. That sounds like a mess. Offering prayers!
>>>I have diabetes, but I am not insulin dependent. Cody has been recently tested for diabetes, but the test was negative.
This sounds hopeful! Bump! And prayers for continued health!
>>>I wish I had one more...or even 5 more!! I love babies!
I understand this and bump! I wish we could afford more.
Hugs!
Speaking of prayers, do you know the general prayer thread? I know the MIL one...But I need to add some freepers to the one that is NON MIL.
