He's not got Alzheimer's. He's just a drunk, bitter, failed jerk who'll say anything to get attention. Morally vacuous and incredibly selfish, perhaps psychologically disordered, yes. But he's not got AD.
Tertiarty cirrhosis should be well up on the list of his conditions.
One MIGHT speculate that he has hepatic encephalopathy.

Hepatic encephalopathy. You beat me to it. He has all the symptoms. How this man has lasted as long as he has is beyond me. His handlers must be under a lot of stress. His brain is fried.

His primary problem is age. He is an old man who sees a lifetime of work slipping away. He sees the close of the New Deal Era....... he sees death.
He is powerless to reverse the trend but strikes out with vitriol and anger. We can best wish for apoplexy..... a stroke will silence him.
