I've seen multiple reports that Iraqis must show two forms of ID before they can vote. Is this another example of Republican voter suppression tactics?
And paper ballots! How crude!
Why can't WE have that stuff.
God bless every Iraqi that participated in this legitimate democratic process. Freedom and liberty in Iraq is far from being a certain thing, but what a magnificent start!

"Why can't WE have that stuff."Because picture IDs present slight problems for ghosts and dead people who vote in Democratic precincts.

Because Iraqi's, not have endured the american educational system, know how to count without using a computer.

And...they have to have their finger marked in indelible ink to prevent voting again! OMG - legitimate elections. The demonrats would never allow that here or they'd never get elected to be dog catcher.

Because picture IDs present slight problems for ghosts and dead people who vote in Democratic precincts. It would also be a problem for dual voters and illegal aliens.

Pure voter suppression! :)
I wish they would have inked the middle finger. Then we would have some really proper fingers for the MSM and Zarqawi to look at!

Any Iraqi that feels disenfranchised is welcome to come to Milwaukee, Wisconsin to vote in any election they like.....
We give out free and multiple ballots to anyone who wants them. And our Mayor (Tom Barrett) and Governor (Jim Doyle) approve of the practice!

In the presidential election here in Wisconsin we had vote fraud. Something as simple as marking your finger with blue ink is ingenious. I'll recommend it to my representatives.

Lets subcontract out the next WA state governors election to the Iraqi election board....they know how to deal with terrorists (dems)

Yet liberals moan and gnash their teeth at the very mention of an idea of requiring one photo id here.

I like the purple finger idea. You can't vote more than once. The only thing we'd have to worry about are those not eligible to vote.

Lots of Iraqis have ID cards with their baby pictures on them. I'm talking 30 year old guys with pictures from when they are 6 months.

I have to show two forms of IDs just to get a job! I'm not 'dissing' the Iraq vote BTW.
