I need you all to look at this photo and tell me if you think the vest is what is being issued and worn in Iraq.
Also does the M-16 shown look small?

It looks like an M-4, not a M-16. The vest though, looks odd. Doesn't look like anything I've seen on one of our soldiers. If this video is authentic, then they might have strapped explosives to him.
