The Mujahhedin e-Khalq (), which has been fighting in exile against the ayotollahs since 1979, primarily from their base in Iraq, are supported by the National Council of Resistance of Iran (), also in exile. Lawmakers like Ros-Lehtinen have expressed support for the MEK in the past.

They did fight the Iranian people in 1980s war along side the mad man of the middle east, Saddam.

They killed Kurds in North of Iraq along side their idiot leader and supporter, Saddam in 1991

They also fought the Shah of Iran in 1970s

I hope the crimes this group has done, would be remembered by the US government

They are not wanted among the Iranians and I don't understand why some elements in the US government like these hated group a lot

I do believe that in a free election, these MKO terrorists will never be able to get even one vote so it just sounds silly to support them for nothing in the future.

I worry that if the MKO were given guns to overthrow the mullahs that the MKO would take power and the Iranians would be no freer than they are today. I do not support the MKO regarding regime change in Iran. I do not trust them.

Absolutely. Mojahedine Khalgh is not the answer to Iran. They are not likely to get any of the Iranian’s vote.
