A touching tribute from a Gold Star Mother.

Don't read this without lots of tissue nearby.

That was a beautiful poem. God be with the Norwoods.

OMG....I can't see the screen anymore....
To: Bahbah
Too late, I already did and now here sits a grown man with tears in his eyes. God bless this family in their grief.

wow.
wow.
Reading this, I can feel her pain, pride, and sorrow.
Mr. and Mrs. Norwood, thank you. You are in our prayers.
To: UlmoLordOfWaters
Mr. and Mrs. Norwood, thank you.My thoughts, too. What a gift. What a sacrifice.
To: RedWhiteBlue
What a wonderful tribute. I saw Mr and Mrs Norwood on Hanity and Combs. Both of them are a class act all the way.
She says she wrote the letter to President Bush to comfort him.
As long as the United States has parents like this we will stand strong.

She was articulate and well-spoken in her interviews, but this is a masterpiece.
My heart hurts for her.
