When you post a comment about another FReeper it's common courtesy to let them know. One of the reasons is so they can point out to everyone any false accusations you are making about them.

I notice you have to ping all of your buddies for emotional support. Can't you present an idea and defend it on your own, or are you the insecure type who has to run in a pack?

The segregationists of the 60's had to operate in mobs and packs also. You never saw just one person wearing sheets and hoods.

- False accusations??? Show me the false accusation in Post #105 where I posted YOUR QUOTE from #87:

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1337425/replies?c=105
"FITZ, I really couldn't care less about Mexico. Don't know nothing, don't want to know nothing. Find someone else to argue with about internal Mexico politics."<

DID YOU, or DID YOU NOT say that in post #87?
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1337425/replies?c=87

>"I notice you have to ping all of your buddies for emotional support. Can't you present an idea and defend it on your own, or are you the insecure type who has to run in a pack?"<

- No Rod. I am alerting those who posted on this thread, to YOUR QUOTE where YOU admitted that you don't care about Mexico, or it's politics. That's what this thread is about, yet you show up to play the part of a disrupting TROLL. You got into a debate with FITZ, and then you readily admitted that you didn't care.

- Why should I post anything to you, when you just said you "Don't know nothing, don't want to know nothing."???
The only thing you did to this thread was disrupt it.

>"The segregationists of the 60's had to operate in mobs and packs also. You never saw just one person wearing sheets and hoods."<

- And there you go again, Rod. That's where you constantly have to go, isn't it? Are you too "insecure" to debate without slandering people with repeated inferences to racism?
That's what bed wetting liberals do.

Why don't you try this Rod:
Try to see if you can debate people without constantly using pejoratives such as as "racist", "xenophobes", "anti-hispanics", etc, etc.

I'm betting you can't. (or won't)
And because of that, I've lost all interest in conversation with you.

Now, I've go a real life out there to attend to. Real people who don't pose as something they really aren't on an Internet message board...further communication with you is a waste of my precious time.

I posted on this thread in response to a statement Malkin made in the article made the basis of this thread about the marriage of the U.S. Ambassadore.
Unless false statements are challenged when they are first made, they tend to get repeated until accepted by people as true.

The basis of this thread was the arrest of man more loyal to the narcos than the president he was serving. The adjoining story about conflict of interests presented by our ambassador to Mexico marrying a billionaire heiress from that country was a distinctly separate side-note. You asked Stoat " What controversy? Malkin must be competing with Savage for the bottom feeder audience." Monkeywrench answered you're attempt to distract from the main story about corruption in Fox's cabinet in Post #24, "He's our ambassador, aligning with the corrupt ruling elite. He's supposed to represent our interests."

This habitual distraction tactic of yours is one of the reasons I believe you're pushing Mexico's agenda and the source is you, right here in this thread.

Interesting that you add an "e" to the word "ambassador".

Are you sure about that? Like they say in the narco-corridas --- "Los Pinos me da sombra" (the Mexican White House provides us cover) --- I'm wondering if this guy was just arrested for show. To convince the gullible in the USA that Vicente Fox has suddenly decided to do something about corruption and drug smuggling ---- even though in all his 5 years we have not seen a let-up in the amount of drugs coming over from Mexico --- and you can't tell me Vicente didn't have a clue what the cargo was on those big planes arriving from Colombia at the Mexican airports.

But none of that was in the title of the thread --- the thread is about the corrupt Mexican government --- which you claim not to care a thing about ---- so why with all the many threads would you have just happened to click on the one you care least about --- and then find some statement by Malkin to irritate you? Anyhow --- many of us also had negative comments about John Kerry and his rich heiress marriage --- so we can have negative comments about other such marriages.

Does that make you feel left out? At least we can honesty open threads that we got pinged to --- but you have to search for these threads. I only open threads that were current and had titles that interested me or that I was pinged to --- I try to alternate --- but it depends.

This is not a story....
A real story would be if they found someone NOT connected to the MOB in Mexico in political office..

So true. When I first read of this --- it was like "why am I not surprised?" But I also don't believe Fox is making any real attempt to clean up Mexico. Not this late in the game --- he's had almost 5 years to do something and soon Mexicans will forget about him completely and start thinking about the upcoming election.

Every now and them the Mexican government puts on a show --- some drug lord --- likely the one who got most lax on his mordidas gets taken in. We see the stories of the arrests and are very impressed --- but nothing changes.

I'm never sure about anything concerning Mexico...except that the U.S. is going to come away worse from any dealings with it. I still support closing off the "release valve" and letting the internal pressure find their elite the proper focus of the disenfranchised there.

Little more NAFTA in your coffee?
