They don't have to pay malpractice insurance because nobody can sue them.

Nancy Pelosi looks like she got hers done in Mexico. Can the woman even close her eyes?

I wouldn't even want to get my car reupholstered in Mexico much less seek medical attention there. You might wind up with your nose attached to your elbow or some other part.

"Licenses? We don't need no stinkin' licenses!"
To: shadeaud
Given the rash of recent propositions to nationalize even more of the healthcare system in the US, I think it's just a matter of time before many of our border nations (Canada excluded of course) take on the role of major healthcare provider to the US. They will become the US and the US will become Canada.
What I mean is, American doctors educated in American schools with American degrees and American licensing, dispensing medicine in Mexico, or Bermuda, or some such.
It probably makes economic sense for providers of more serious and expensive procedures where the cost of excess litigation is bound to push them out.
The good news is, at least people with enough money will still be able to get healthcare.

isn't it safer to save for a reputable plastic surgeon here in the US? people who go into mexico need to have their heads examined. iand complications are quite common.
To: ny demimonde
Yes that was my point. Why compromise your health and go into Mexico to get work done? Why get work done at all? There are so many other alternatives out there these days.

Not always true. 5 years ago I was quoted $5.000 out of the pocket for some dental work here in TX. That was AFTER my insurance.
I flayed to the Serbia (650$ round trip) pay $1000 to the dentist have job done in 3 days, room and spending around 500$ gifts for home $300. Savings = 2550 cc 50%
When I got back to my dentist here he was not surprised at all. Still did not have any problem with my bridges and that is for me job well done

EWWWWWW...GROSS!!!
She is disgusting.
All because she caught her husband in bed with a younger woman? Good grief lady, I think it is too late for her to
find some self-respect and dignity.

Cool Fredy,
Just teasin' ya'. You know how it is on FR. If you mess up a phrase of something it often becomes a new standard or something. 'flayed to the Serbia' had potential.
Keep smiling. :-)
