Many years ago I recall a case where a Ohio cop risked his life to save a woman from a burning car. Later she sued him -- seemed she blamed him for a broken bone.

Lawsuits have become legal extortion. There are lots of examples where the ACLU in their frenzy to make God a dirty word and destroy religion go after they small communities with few or no resources to fight them in court and force them to stop prayers and anything possibly connected to religion or to moral character -- sending both direct and sublime messages to youngster that religion is bad. At the same time ACLU has come out strong in favor of pedophiles.

In Michigan, for example, a high school coach was ordered to sop leading voluntary, nonsectarian prayers because the ACLU threatened to sue and they didn't have the money to fight it. (reported Jan. 24, 2005).
