SIR Elton John has said he is waiting for British law to change — to “marry” his partner of 11 years.

The pop superstar, 57, said he wants to go through a ceremony to ensure David Furnish receives a proper share of his millions.

In a US interview, Elton said: “We should have the same rights as heterosexual people who are married.

“There’s a civil union coming in Britain which will let us pledge our lives to each other.”

This is so lame. This whole "right to marry" is a thinly-veiled attack on the sanctified institution of marriage, nothing more, nothing less.

If he wants whoever to have a share of his millions, just give it to him or will it to him. You can give or leave your money to whoever you choose.

The only concession I would grant these anti-God activists is that there be some legal papers they could sign to give whoever they want legal visitation/authority in hospitals, etc. This seems to be one of their big arguments that being "married" would solve. It is not necessary.

I can't help but think of another scripture about millstone being tired around the neck. Better to not have been born, than to lead the little ones astray.
