Don't forget that this is the organization that predicted the USSR's victory in the cold war about a year and a half before the Berlin wall fell.
That they still spend money on this kind of crapola is amazing. No wonder we can't find Bin Laden. Pray that Goss can clean this mess up.

Europe's problem seems to be the state is too successful. Like a predator who eats all of the prey leaving none to reproduce for the next year.
