Yes, this is sad reality - you wrote about it in #25.

Besides, president in Poland is a little like a Queen in UK. The Kwas is important only because of specific political situation in Poland and his unofficial influence. We should choose between American model - president is a chief of government or... French/Russian model - president is more important than prime minister.

Lets clarify a couple of issues.

Mr Alvarez, the only one creating the impression that your country is a terrorist state, hostile country and a pariah,
is Mr. Chavez.

Why is that Mr. Chavez is willing to spend billions on weapons when the destitute in Venezuela is starving and with no housing, and today, running from the floods in Vargas, Miranda and other states with no help from the government????

Clarification Mr. Chavez and his band of terrorists did not win a referendum, THEY STOLE IT !!!

And of course the Carter Center and Mr. Carter lied and scheme with Chavez to give it a semblance of legality, have we forgoten that even Mr. Gaviria called Mr. Carter a liar when he disallowed Mr. Carter's statement on the OAS and the Carter center being present during the count of the votes, Mr Gaviria stated very clearly that no member of the OAS or Carter Center were present during the count.

Clarification, In Venezuela they do not have any Cuban Doctors or teachers, helping the poor!!!

And just for clarification, why was a man who led a failed coup back in 1992 ever even ALLOWED to run for President?? What kind of country allows such a person to even stand for national office??
