This poor town will be paying legal bills for the next century. Don't the losers have to foot the bill?

Be anything, yes. Say anything, No. Must limit speech to those areas which are approved by the elitists in the field of education indoctrination.

Homosexual Agenda Ping.
Accept perversion or go to jail. That's what they're pushing for folks.
Every parent in Boyd County, KY. Should hire a lawyer and file a class action lawsuit against the School board for religious discrimination and violating their 1st amendment rights.
If you want on/off the ping list see my profile page.

Agree. Where are all the other parents? Why just 3 families suing? If they all pooled their funds, they could fight this. I live in this area & I saw on the local television station that the teacher that started this whole thing, came to this area & founded this Gay Straight Alliance Club - now's he's no longer teaching at the school & has moved on to poop in other pastures.
HOMESCHOOLING...NOW MORE THAN EVER.

Brilliant. They can bankrupt their own school system by "winning". Just brilliant.

I think some principles do not have a price tag that is too high -in fact some pay the ultimate price for principles -some do so now in Iraq....

Thanks DBeers, post #35 Well stated, Agreed 100%.
The fact of the matter is, they're forcing people to take extreme action. The radicals have infiltrated the school boards and perversion indoctrination has become (thanks to legal terrorisim) a required subject. Something must be done!

This isn't about "radicals infiltrating the school system". It is about a small, poor town being bullied by sodomite lawyers with inexhaustible funds. It is about a school system that did not have the money to fight them.
