You get more attention from someone like sKerry by ignoring them. That way, he gets madder and makes more stupid speeches, over and over till people just start ignoring him also.

we would be far better off today'' had the U.S. followed Kerry's Iraq policies instead of the Bush plan.

First of all we never found out what Kerry's plan was, merely that he had one and it was better, made women more attractive, and would bring about whirled peas.

Secondly this is a quote from Kerry in which he referrs to himself as Kerry. Has no one told him he is Kerry yet ? If not that explains alot of his confusion on the campaign trail......

John Kerry, wasn't he the brother of the perky Katy Couric, a TeeVee personality back in the 20th century? Or food, I remember he had something to do with fast food, mustard or something - can't remember

Kerry is doing this not to offer genuine help but in the hope that something will go wrong so he can claim it never would have happened had Bush met with him and taken his advice.

Kerry should instead be interrogated by the CIA in a small airless room as to his conversations with the 'leaders' of the Palestinians and Syria.

Exactly - I don't understand why this is allowed. We have Condi for this - an ambassadors

I think sKerry knows how successful GWB is going to be and wants to get in on it - claiming later, "Well, it was ME who gave him the good advice on how to...)

He's falling into the same unable-to-accept syndrome that he was defeated that Gore has. They were both raised being told that they were going to be president - and they cannot accept that they aren't

Thanks.

I did a little more research off that and found the website for The National Council for Research on Women that is sponsoring the event.

Here is the program for the Women Who Make a Difference Awards Dinner. She is mentioned twice on it, sans Kerry in her name, so it's not just a matter of an isolated printer's error.

The life of a failed Dem presidential candidate...Kerry has gotten more air time in the last month than in his previous 20 years in the Senate. What a weasel. To think that 48 percent of voters even voted for the guy. Actually, about 10 percent voted for him, and the rest voted against Bush.

If the American people wanted Kerry's input on foreign policy, they would have elected him president. As it is, he's just a washed-up hippie war protester masquerading as the junior senator from Massachusetts. Hard to get more irrelevant than that.

Kerry is so yesterday's news. W is the present, and the future.

I'd be a LOT more civil towards the gracious loser.

You see, unlike THAT Boxer b---h from CAL-LI-FOR-NIA, he graciously conceded the election to a great President, George Walker Bush.

In fact, I have an idea: President Bush meets the guy BUT then they do a joint press conference. That'll be worth watching, trust me.

But in all fairness to Senator Kerry, the good Senator said recently:

"We can begin by increasing the financial support military families receive. We can help them meet the increased expenses every military family faces when a loved-one is deployed. Thousands of reservists, for example, take a cut in pay when called to active duty. Some employers make up the difference in lost wages. We should reward those patriotic business leaders. And since small businesses don't have the workforces that make it possible to spread such costs, we should offer a Small Business Tax Credit to those who make up the difference between a reservist’s civilian and military pay. For all service members, we should permit penalty free withdrawals from Individual Retirement Accounts for deployment-related expenses, such as increased child-care and other costs."
http://kerry.senate.gov/high/record.cfm?id=232098

Nice quote, Senator. That's a tax cut and a weird thing he said - "Individual Retirement Accounts" - where have I heard that before???, to those who need a translator. I know, I know :-).

So let's encourage them to meet. That would be a good thing, maybe bring the good Senator on board some more and make him coherent.

My .02 but I'm new here.

Didn't one of his pompous campaign discourses go something like this:

"I stood up in (someplace, USA) and gave him (President Bush) advice on foreign policy. He didn't listen. And I stood up in (someother place, USA) and I told him what to do. He didn't listen"

I could never belive he would dare to use the word 'arrogant'.

"I wish Bush would just come out and say, go eff yourself gigilo, now I know Bush has more class than that but sometimes you need to stoop to the level of the opponent to get his attention!"

Umm, one of my favorite comments from the last campaign came, incredibly, from James Carville in reference to Howard Dean: "He needs to learn to appreciate the nobility of the unspoken thought."

The President is a noble gentleman.

From the article:

"Even as he sought a Bush meeting, the defeated Democratic nominee yesterday hammered the president, telling reporters ``we would be far better off today'' had the U.S. followed Kerry's Iraq policies instead of the Bush plan."

I don't think Kerry was hammering anybody with his comments. It was more like he was making a complete jackass out of himself.
