The Memorial depicts three soldiers, one from the WWII era, one from the Vietnam era, and one contemporary soldier. They willbe posed passing a folded American flag among them. The broze sculpter will be set on a knoll, surrounded by a small arc of amphitheater seating, with three flag poles proudly flying the U.S., Texas, and City flags.

Sorry there is no link but the Pflugerville flag doesn't have a website so I have to transscribe it. I know its not just for Byron but I figured y'all would like to know anything I find out about him. I will also keep y'all informed on a scholarship fpr him.
