MSNBC Newsweek ^ | 2/20/05

Jeff Gannon is considering suing liberal interest groups, bloggers and others for a "political assassination" that drove him from his job as a reporter for a conservative news outfit called Talon News, he told NEWSWEEK. Gannon, whose real name is James Guckert, singled out Media Matters—a "well-funded" liberal group headed by longtime "attack dog" David Brock. ("Everything we wrote about him came from the public record," Brock replied.)

"Was he CURRENYLY working as a prostitute?"

I have no idea what he was up to at night. But he was obviously still advertising his "services", or those liberal bloggers couldn't have exposed him.

This guy is bad news, and the sooner we forget him and throw him aside, the better for our party. Trying to defend this prostitute undermines our ability to discuss other moral issues.

Wrong.

AmericaBLOG’s John Aravosis has discovered previous images of the site through an Internet service which keeps records of sites that have been taken down

Gannon should have toughed it out. He should have wheeled and attacked their liberal bigotry. If he had he would still be in the news and the libs would have bloody noses. Don't be afraid to fight these people. They are not used to patriots fighting back. It really throws them for a loop.

I hope Jeff takes on Brock. Brock needs to be taken down a notch or six.
