Since the so called MAIN Stream Right Wing Media
"forgot" to carry this show I found this on the Internet.
"...Roy Hoffman spoke next. He was immediately emotional, and it was a moving speech. He recalled about making the decision to speak out against John Kerry. He said they felt they "had to do something" to stop him, after what he had done to all them. He described Kerry as a loose cannon who didn't obey orders, who was a headache to everyone.
I thought it was great when he mentioned that Kerry campaign manager, Mary Beth Cahill refers to them as the "discredited Swift Boat Veterans for Truth," and challenge her to to come up with one paragraph, one sentence, or one statement that was not true..."

Thanks, Tonk. My daugter called right as this was coming on and I missed almost all of it. I am listening to it now.

Terrific occasion. Wish I could have been there. The era 2004-2005 will eventually be recognized, even at Columbia Journalism School, as the time when bloggers came of age as the cutting edge of journalism. And remember that though O'Neil and his courageous shipmates did the heavy lifting, the bloggers played a part in building that story.
For a review of this process, click below. Or, if you want to see it presaged six months ago, see "The Manifesto of Pukin Dog," back in September, and posted here on FreeRepublic.
It is a new world. We know that, full well. The MSM (at least the brighter ones in that closed world) are beginning to realize that as well.

CPAC was great. On Wednesday night my group from Pittsburgh had dinner with other Freepers. We looked over at a table a few feet away and one Freeper said that looks like John O'Neill. It was and we had a chance to talk with him for a few minutes and other siftee's. He also roamed around the displays on Friday stopping at the Freeper booth. Have photos but not digital so have to get the film developed. He's a teddy bear.

Already posted on another thread--but these pics are so good, I couldn't resist. Unfortunately, I did not get a pic of Jerome Corsi, who graciously offered to autograph my copy of
Unfit For Command as we were leaving the banquet.
