I believe studies like this tend to marginalize the importance of having Ellen Degenerate wanna bees in our school systems.
So males and females are different. Wow, I am surprised.
Interesting bit about the drawing thing...all my children are boys, and he's pretty much on. The only thing I would disagree with is the "girls draw nouns and boys draw verbs" bit. My five year old especially will draw people, dinosaurs, rocket ships, ect. The "verb" bit comes in when he starts telling me the story he's made up to go along with it, heh heh. He does tend to use only one or two crayons per drawing, however.
And the confrontational style of discipline for boys (at least in my case) is definitely much more effective than attempting the empathetic approach. :)

Nah, can't be. They're do their darnest to homogenize genders but every now and then reality creeps in such as females LACK the strength and stamina that males have ... hint, hint -> the military and combat positions.
And that is exactly why 50 years ago we had women of great excellence in the sciences. That and the fact that we had at least some schools that were all male, all female.
