A nationwide poll conducted last week by the Siena College Research Institute said more than six in 10 voters believe the United States is ready for a woman president in 2008.

And this relates to Hillary...how?

The shrill cow will be their nominee due to dearth of leadership.

Asa, the photo is unbelieveably funny.

Just a thought -- What if she loses her senate seat in '06"

It's the only question mark on the horizon. If she loses her seat, it puts a serious dent in her aspirations. I can only imagine the stops that will be pulled out to keep her from losing - it will be wicked.

However, no matter who you look to in the Dem party, there is no one who can draw the money and the votes that she can draw. The rest are re-treads, snoozers, nutbags, and/or losers. She really is all they have....unless you can think of someone out of Hollywood (with more than two brain cells, that is) who has more star power.

I fully expect her to retain her seat, lose Dean over at the DNC (after he fails at the midterm elections) in order to install her own guy/gal, and hire Bill Clinton as her campaign manager/chief strategist. In other words, I expect her to completely control the money, the machine, and the nomination.

I know it's not a good strategy to change "horses in midstream", but I have been saying since last May that Condi should have been GWB's running mate. We all know that Hillary is going to run,the only reason she doesn't want to confirm it is because it jeopardizes her shot at at remaining in the Senate and gives her opponents more time to focus on her, instead of the fodder around her now( Howard Dean,John Kerry,John Edwards). The longer she can play this veiled footsie with America, she will. Beware our shins are going to be very bruised, not to mention anything else her husband can get his hands on.

"But it's kind of scary to think that someone influenced by PMS is in charge of the nukes."

I could live with that as long as it was North Korea or Iran electing to receive. YEAH BABY! And you thought the world was worried by cowboys.

WE HAVE A WINNER! Just say yes to PMS based diplomacy. That could leave a lot of mullahs blowing in the wind .... literally.

Cheney will resign next year because of health. Rice will be VP and win easily in 08. There, problem solved.

There have already been two female heads of state of nations with nukes.
Neither of them used them.
