Here we go again. Though I'm willimg to bet that Sampson bought his ak-47 before the assault weapons ban expired. Does anyone know of any way to check firearms registration to find out?

Just last week we were hearing in the MSM how the DemonRATS were dropping gun control as an issue after the losses of the last 10 years. Now, they're right back at it.
They just can't help themselves.

Gee...I guess the numbnut senator forgot that it was illegal to have the AK in Kalifornia period. Sure did not stop this now did it?
The fact that a communist bloc civilian modeled weapon is quickly becoming a symbol of freedom here is ironic but fitting. Geeesh I was buying AK's before most people even knew what they were in the early 80's.

The old bat pops up again!
I'm getting tired of just waiting for old statists like Feinswine, Kennedy, Byrd, Specter, McCain, Dole, even free-spending Bush and the rest to die of old age to stop their pestering. They need to be pushed to the sidelines NOW, while the rest of us still have time to live as free citizens.

No bill sponsored by any Democrat excepting Zell Miller should be considered on the floor of the Senate until they stop obstructing the Senate's constitutional duties.

"Feinstein in her statement said the shooting occurred just days before the anniversary of a Senate vote to extend the assault-weapons ban"
Your pic sums it up quite well:)

Gun Control isn't about GUNS
It's about CONTROL

"Once again, we've seen the tragic consequences of the ready availability of assault weapons throughout our society," Feinstein, D-Calif., said in a statement. Once again we see the worthlessness of Lawmakers laws...and how stupid Californians are to keep her in office

Three things to note:
- City Maintenance Worker. Why am I not surprised a taxpayer overpaid barely better than a welfare leech went nutso? Why do you never hear of stuff like this happening where people have real jobs where pay is based on performance?
- He used an AK in Kalifornistan. Where state laws make posession of the rifle illegal regardless of any federal laws. Why does FineSwine think more laws will do anything to people who break existing laws. Passing "gun control" laws has repeatedly been shown to be useless at stopping crime. Repeating the same behavior after it's failed to work is a symptom of insanity.
- The crime was murder, but FineSwine obsesses on the tool to commit it. Even if FineSwine had her way and we all lived in a disarmed fascist police state, what's to prevent this nutball from killing people with a common blunt instrument?
Forget Fillibuster protection. I want a majority in the senate so we can provide FineSwine the smackdown she so richly deserves for being a Kalifornian schizophrenic nutcase.

Do you really think the new, younger statists will be any better? The odds will be much better with a generation not raised into believing the old, rusty, worthless FDR crap that Big Stupid Government is the way to go.
