No controlling legal authority.That is exactly the problem with the UN. It is why it should never be allowed to have any kind of power. No checks and balances. No elected officials.

Yes, get them out of here before they bring more shame to our shores. We are out freeing the world and eliminating rape rooms and they are traveling the world starting them. Out with them . Haiti would be a good place for them as long as they don't try to escape back to here.
