Where bananas never end
The shriek of microphone feedback, the screech of fingernails on slate, the rippling reaction to an Atlanta-area woman's complaint about Columbus police officers' eating bananas at a Jan. 15 civil rights march.
Each is going to grate on people's nerves, over time, so there's a "make it stop" plea I'll obviously be ignoring by writing this. But I don't really control the microphone, or the slate, or the way talk radio and the Internet can amplify a whine into a squall.
And I certainly have no control over a congressman.

That's the standard form letter sent by a congressional office to something out of their jurisdiction. I worked as an intern in my Congressman's district office when I was in high school, and when we got letters from constituents that dealt with things outside our jurisdiction, we'd copy the letter and send it to the right person with a form letter saying they should address it and cc us any correspondence.

Some women should be seen and not heard, I'm sick of whining women! Look at what they did to Larry Summers, Harvard - they were offended and now this guy is apologizing every day for SPEAKING THE TRUTH!
Offended by bananas?? Is this fruit discrimination? What about the eggplant, zucchini, cucumber, etc. the list is endless.
My God woman, find something constructive to do for heaven sake and the banana alone!
