Oh, we already have, several times. I really don't want to see Adams pictured with GWB or in the White House. The guy is a thug. That Gitmo idea is excellent.
i think they need a visa technically it's issued on entry - stamped in their passports. Ireland and the UK (Northern Ireland is part of the UK) citizens are eligible for a "visa waver" program, but everyone who comes in the US is still checked out when they enter (well almost everyone, there is that little matter of the southern frontier!!)
