Bad situation, no doubt, but if they've got him cornered now, it's probably as good as it's going to get.

Geraldo on Fox is saying they're pretty sure it's Nichols.

Sounds like apartment complex north of Atlanta.
To: rintense
Indeed. I fear this hostage is already dead, or will be soon.

OMG...Geraldo is reporting an arrest of someone...NOT Nichols. He is at the scene...Can you believe it?
Leave it to Geraldo...
Hostage not known yet.

Don't knock the business block. I'd rather watch that than this crap. Unless I lived in Atlanta, in which case the local stations would be covering it anyway. I don't like sensational news. On the other other hand, hearing Jonathan Hoenig's latest fund and stock picks would be quite useful
To: Cagey
They reported this morning a cop was killed and his truck stolen.
They need to one shot this guy! Bring in the snipers.

Well you know he won't be captured alive. And this nut ball probably will take out as many cops as he can before he dies.

Local Fox affiate has audio from the site, just interviewed a guy who was cleared out of a nearby apartment. Gwinnett P.D. thinks they have Nichols holed up.
