What utter BS, and a fine example of why your argument has holes all over it. I have not seen anyone on this thread say Christianity is supposed to be the only accepted religion on earth etc, but when one of the leaders of CAIR says it, you don't condemn it, but instead try and cover for it by applying it to another religion even though the shoe does not fit - on a thread about taquiyya and kitman no less. The difference is, Islam is not just a "religion," as it contains a political system (sharia) which is one of it's cornerstones.... a bigoted system of gender and religious apartheid.

Sorry I didn't see it John. I have refused to watch anything on CBS for years, but I would have made an exception for that story. Interesting, it was the murder of Theo Van Gogh that first brought me to the Islamic threads on FR.

The Theo killing touched a nerve in me too, Jan. I've been staying away from CBS News too, although I had to watch Rather's last broadcast, just in case he exploded.
