Michael committed prejury (There's more) with regard to statement(s) to law enforcement & malpractice trial .
The time line of event don't match, and providing false informations to law enforcement during a investigation.
For example(one of many). (I don't have paper to pin-point the times, so I will ball park them)
Q.- What time did you (Schiavo) get home that morning(Sunday AM)
10pm, 11pm,1pm,2pm ? those were this responses in different years(I will re-check data) 4 different times documented.
As I recall, MS stated he heard noise at @0430 hrs, Theresa father (Bob) got call from MS @ 440AM, Father calls Son(Bobby) to get to AO(location).
Brother arrives at @ 0450 hrs(+/-). Brother calls 911(0452hrs)+/-..Fire EMT arrive to location at @ 0500 hrs(+/-)
EMT find victim on ground(face down) CPR,etc..done
EMT calls for back-up, because situation seemed unusual.
Time: 0540 hrs, Unit dispatch to location at @0611 hrs..
Unit arrives at 0633 hrs (Almost 1 hour from back-up call from Fire EMT)
Note: Satursday nights are busy nights, and night shift for many police(nights) 2300hrs-0700 hrs..
MS had almost 2 hours to clean-up, relax,etc...
Here's where this case WENT SOUTH(wrong direction)..
Theresa and Brother where already in hospital...
PO : MS states that there haven't BEEN ANY PROBLEMS at home which would lead to her wanting to try suicide and they have HAD NO MAJOR ARGUMENTS LATELY..."
This is providing FALSE infromation, this case was NOT refered to Detective Unit
