How would I prefer him done?
Lock him in a room, tied to a chair. Video tape of someone ELSE being with his "other" wife and kids.
But wait, where's the physical pain you ask?
Wire the chair. He moves in his chair, he gets a shock. The more he moves, the worse it is.
Then comes the "tests" that prove Terri is alive.
Force him daily to follow a balloon with his eyes only. Place a tube into his stomach as the only way for him to eat. No more steak din-dins for Mikey.
But of course, we need to fit the crime exactly. How would we do so? I think I have an answer:
Starve him once in a while for 4 or more days at a time. Only to feed him so that he may live through another "fasting."
God bless him for it.
For me, this is becoming more an uninvestigated crime than a "right to live/die" issue, right now.
That the tiniest possibility exists that this woman was nearly murdered -must- be investigated and she -must- be allowed the same "due process" any other victim has a right to.
The precedence for abuse is there.
The physical evidence is there, via broken bones and other unexplained injuries.
Dr. Hammesfahr had seen the combination of injuries Terri suffered (spinal cord injury, brain injury, and neck injury) one other time. That was in an attempted strangulation case.
A police report was sent to homicide. There was no follow-up; no investigation by police. Dr. Hammesfahr said Terri's situation is unique. He consistently sees wrong things happen to Terri. There is no law enforcement follow-up now for fear of stepping on toes.
[Lisa's note: There is no law enforcement because the police fear the people "in high places" who are trying to pull off this very obviously ILLEGAL murder plot. Everyone closely involved with this case knows that the plan to kill Terri is a government operation, and they are either actively helping them with this agenda or passively helping them by refusing to stand in their way.]

Death (a quick one) would just be to good for him though. You gotta make him sit. Attrophy. higher brain functions have to leave him. Not quickly like they did for Terri. But slowly. He has to be BROKEN by bending oh so slowly.
I'd be all for housing "lifers" if they'd just get slapped around some by the people we pay. Just letting them rot is a waste of my money!

There's a group of people who take severely retarded/handicapped people out for daytrips to the local mall.
Many of those people don't even know where they are in general, much less that they're tooling around a shopping center.
But still, those devoted caretakers make sure that they're getting mental stimulation [and hopefully enjoyment] just in case they *can*.
The true definition of mercy is giving when there is absolutely -no- chance that you will ever get anything in return.
They'll be next, I fear.
90% of them can't really move, much less feed themselves.
