In listening to Rush, I heard Barbara Boxer say, at a moveon rally, that there is a requirement of only 51 votes to confirm a Judge. And that they WANT to make it 60. He has the taped recording on his site! Very Interesting, to hear one of them admit it!

Hi Mud! I feel the same......I've been complaining about the judicial situation for over a year and I've called many Senators when Estrada, Pryor etc were blocked. It's time for a massive grass roots effort. Maybe this will help the Senators get the message that 'the people' are tired of all their nonsense. Actually, this will be a bit difficult for me. I'll be in H'burg twice this month and I don't know that I'd be able to get away again. And overnight would be more difficult but not being there overnight is almost unforgivable. Damn. Damn.
