Good on you and yer daughter...we considered middle-naming our daughter Virginia, but we went with "Lee" instead...MUD

ROFL!!!!!!!!!
Her middle name is in honor of hubby's favorite Aunt. Her first name, Jacqueline, is the French feminine of John, which is my father's name. One branch of hubby's family was French/Canadian and thus, our French last name........but it's not totally bad.......another branch of thefamily is related to Nathan Hale........and we actually have the family bible to prove it, and the cemetary plots.
Most of my wife's ancestry is French-Canadian, and I've got some FRench from my mom's side, but both the Missuz and I've got some Injun in us, too, so that sorta counteracts the wimpiness equated with FRench ancestry...LOL!!

Nathan Hale was executed before he had any progeny, he is hubby's great, great, great, great, great uncle. That 5 "greats" is not a typo - that is actually how short a generational period my husband's family goes back to the Revolution.
His family is long lived and the men tend to marry and father children late in life..........his grandmother died in the 1918 Spanish Flu epidemic when his dad was only 2. He beat his dad on both marriage and first child age....his dad was 39 when he was born and he has an older sister. He turns 50 tomorrow and our daughter turns 7 in July.......she is the only child either of us has.
My youngest brother married a Boston-bred young lady who traces her ancestry back to the Matthew Broderick character in "Glory", another man who was killed off before he could procreate.

Hubby's mom was originally from Boston. And hubby was born in Massachusetts. And my family is all from NYC (via Ireland)
YOu have no idea how much I appreciate the acceptance of us Yankees in Virginia.
Here on the Shore the fact that hubby grew up in Dover and I spent practically my entire adult life there has helped...DelMarVa peninsula roots go along way to forgiveness of Delaware.
Gotta run - school bus will be here momentarily.
How's that for trying to have your cake and eat it, too?
I'm sure he will help her, campaign for her, advise and all else, but he won't be her campaign manager.
They'll bring in some of the old pros, i.e. Carville, Begula, etc.
They aren't as good as Bill is at this. The two of them (Hill & Bill) can raise more money than anyone in the party whenever they are out on the speaking circuit.
Agreed, still, Billyboy is a politician, not a campaign operative.
Contraire to the image he wants to have, he has never, ever run a campaign, he's smart enough to listen to pollsters, know what the numbers are saying, and other basic things, but a campaign manager he is not.
I think to many freepers give Bill and Hillary more credit over things then they deserve, they are both smart, and devious, but they are still human and no where near the all powerfull and all knowing that they are made out to be.
Check out either "war room" or "primary colors" to get an idea of what Bill can and can't do, and running a campaign is like taking a container of milk and asking it to handle marketing.
