Don't take this the wrong way but BITE ME. The fact that Florida has a liberal judiciary does not make it a cesspool of hell. Grrrrr...

The chances of this being successful are pretty near zero.

What the heck is wrong with these judges????

This has only been to court twenty-one times with sixteen different judges. Can't one of them get it right?

Do you think the corruption is all of FL or just its judiciary? And do you think the Scientologists out of Clearwater have an an overdue adverse effect on the low moral standards in FL?

Well, that is good news, but how long will it take for it to be heard or a decision to take place?

Depends if the judge feels like showing up in court before 3PM, I guess.

Polls??? Polls that the DUers have hit twenty times per person yesterday? I was lurking on DU and yesterday they had all the polls from all the media outlets on their board and were DUing them (like we Freep them). The majority of the responses to the polls were the DUers of Death! I wouldn't call that fair polling.

Does that mean when they affirm the trial judge, Freepers will come to grips with this story?

I hope to never come to grips with the violation of the right to self determination. But that's just me.

True, many states have very liberal judiciaries. NJ's is as liberal as FL's. And look at MA, led my Mrs. Anthony Lewis.

"...Good. Does that mean when they affirm the trial judge, Freepers will come to grips with this story?...." What do you mean?

I will say this once....Freepers have very active imaginations. This is good in some cases, but utterly ridiculous in others.

The Schivo matter has been in the courts for how many years? It has been in front of how many judges? The purpose of judicial review is to uncover the facts. But when a judge does not rule the way a freeper thinks he should, then the conspiracies get started.

One judge making a bad decision is one thing...but when you have five separate courts reach the same conclusion, then the conspiracies need to be laid to rest.

No annulment or divorce under FL law is permitted in this case.

I don't know, you have to have hope, but I'm not optimistic. Wasn't the 11th Circuit the court that gave the boot to Elian Gonzalez? I think this one will eventually have to go to the USSC, if Terri isn't killed first.

I am glad it is out of Florida. I am sorry, but what a cesspool pit of hell that State is.

I'll tell you, there is something really wrong with Florida; from the 2000 election to hurricane season to all these sexual predators on the loose, and now this.

Yes, any FL appeal would go to the 11th Circuit, but it has a couple of Bush appointees on it now that were not there in 2000, when FL (with huge public support against little Elian) endorsed the Castro position. FL is full of non-Cubans who seem to admire Castro!

I don't think all, or everyone in Florida is corrupt but there is alot of corruption there.

My husband has a problem doing business with any company that has a Florida address.

-------------

PLUS, most people are completely under-informed on this issue............so the HELL with the polls.................this poll and all polls are needless and relatively questionable.

And to hell with polls PERIOD!!!
