Au contraire, the Governor has demonstrated extraordinary courage in distinguishing between his personal feelings and his oath of office. Keyes, on the other hand, has demonstrated that he is unqualified for public office.

Tragically, the Governor of Florida has displayed craven cowardice that will cost an innocent woman her life. He has the power to save Terri yet refuses to use it.
Maybe there is time for him to prove me wrong. I pray he does.

IMO both Jeb,and bubba W. have demonstrated that they serve only at th ewim and will of the extra-Constituional
authorities-i.e. the U.N.and the Judiciary. They posture
and pose-but when nit come to grit neither will act against
either competing authority. Thus we nolonger have that system of government established. Had Jeb exercised the powers of his Office he simply would have replied to Judge
Greer's order to remove th efeeding tube by saying let him
enforce it.That he did not sugggests Jeb is talk without substance?Though I like the man he is a weak leader.

Yep, extraordinary courage in asking the courts if he can do his job. Extraordinary - considering the courts aren't doing theres, it would be a miracle if they allowed him to do his.
The excuse isn't going to wash - there will be hell to pay for his inaction. I was brought up being told "Work smart, not hard." He's been working hard trying to find a way to get the courts to allow him to act. He is the Chief Executive of the State. He has a check authority on the Courts and refuses to use it. Bush has authority and will not use it and has stated that he will not use it while claiming he only has limited authority. What planet does he think we all live on.

Keyes has a purpose, but it's not governing. Sometimes, voters are smarter than we give them credit for being.
