Not three people. The death movement has an army working behind the scenes. We need to make sure we function as efficiently as well. The really sad thing is that so many Christians failed to vote in years gone by. We're reaping the judicial appointments of that era -- and we can't afford not to fight for court appointments in the future. Or elections, where judges are elected.

Joe said this on MTPL "These are very difficult decisions, but - of course, if you ask me what I would do if I was the Florida Legislature or any state legislature, I'd say that if somebody doesn't have a living will and the next of kin disagree on whether the person should be kept alive or that is whether food and water should be taken away and her life ended - that really the benefit of the doubt ought to be given to life."
There's mothing illegal about Fla legislature passing this law. But, 9 Pubs and all Dems voted against when it fist came up- Politicians are afraid of public reaction. A bi-partisan Mercy Coalition of National figures can change public opinion, and maybe change the hearts and votes of, at least, some of the 9 Pubs who voted against. Isn't it worth a try to save Terri?

They're not the only people in the world who has had a child die. Can't they do anything privately?Horrible suggestion. This situation has been caused by the false notion of "privacy" that have allowed too many facts to remain unexamined.
Forgive them for they know not what they do. And, forgive you, for you know not what you say.

This situation has been caused by the false notion of "privacy" that have allowed too many facts to remain unexamined.Dr. Cranford, who testified for Michael that Terri is PVS doesn't think PVS patients have constitutional rights. [Is Terri a person with constitutional rights? ]
That makes it all the stranger that Michael is insisting on Terri's "right to privacy."

"I had a sincere desire to know exactly what action the father would like to be taken. What's wrong with you?" You asked the question in this FR forum, not to Mr. Schindler. I replied exactly as I think the father would have, and I said it politely. What is wrong with you?

Maybe you could get Janet Reno to lead the effort. You liked it so well when she did it for E. Gonzales. Gestapo, I think thats to what they were likened. This is the most common comment from the deathheads.
It makes no sense though.
It's the war is always wrong liberal mantra. Same thought process.

I'm sorry, your post made absolutely no sense. Considering the source I'm not too surprised.
I don't really feel I'm a 'deathhead', more of a 'face_reality_head' if you like.

Let everyone who said your beautiful smile was fake be haunted by it for the rest of their days. People who can't see the look of love on Terri's face and in her eyes must have a personality disorder.

True enough, Hildy. They are, however, among a very few to have their child (who has done no wrong)to die by court order and to be helpless to do anything for her.

Poor Mr. Schindler.
The ACLU is hoping people will be so traumatized by Terri's starvation that they will support the ACLU in their fight to legalize euthanasia.
The ACLU has already given an award (with dinner) to Gerald Kogan, the former Chief Justice of the Florida State Supreme Court, who supports euthanasia.

Like I said, go and ask HIM. Do you really think he would grant me an interview while he is at his daughter's deathbed? Strange opinion, if so.
He has the newspapers as a ready conduit and millions are now hearing his words. If he feels like saying action should be taken, I think he should follow up and tell us what kind. I really would. If it's a good idea, maybe something would happen.

one question...
how much have YOU protested outside the hospice? hmmmm?
I would bet on a lot less than Jeb Bush....
go take your hysteria somewhere else, this is getting old and boring.
