Michael Schaivo is playing good-cop/bad-cop with himself, being bad cop by ordering no communion, no autopsy, and then he looks so good by letting the dying woman have communion, and he'll let them do an autopsy. What a hero. *GAGS*

The coroner chosen to do this autopsy will, no doubt, be a close friend of Felos and Greer.

The fix is already in on that.

Right. An independent autopsy (preferably out of state) is essential to the truth.

The laywer that represents her "guardian/husband" is insane!

From his book "Litigation As Spiritual Practice - George Felos -2002:

Chapter Eight: “Soul-Speak” “As I continued to stay beside Mrs. Browning at her nursing home bed, I felt my mind relax and my weight sink into the ground. I began to feel light-headed as I became more reposed. Although feeling like I could drift into sleep, I also experienced a sense of heightened awareness. As Mrs. Browning lay motionless before my gaze, I suddenly heard a loud, deep moan and scream and wondered if the nursing home personnel heard it and would respond to the unfortunate resident. In the next moment, as this cry of pain and torment continued, I realized it was Mrs. Browning. I felt the mid-section of my body open and noticed a strange quality to the light in the room. I sensed her soul in agony. As she screamed I heard her say, in confusion, ‘Why am I still here … why am I here?’ My soul touched hers and in some way I communicated that she was still locked in her body. I promised I would do everything in my power to gain the release her soul cried for. With that the screaming immediately stopped. I felt like I was back in my head again, the room resumed its normal appearance, and Mrs. Browning, as she had throughout this experience, lay silent.” (73)

What a nut!! He thinks people like Terry Shindler are talking to him in his mind. He hears voices. Asking him to kill them.

Anyway, the medical examiner can truthfully state, "Mrs. Schiavo's death was caused by the withdrawal of sustenance," and leave it at that.

I saw this one coming.

- The husband of brain-damaged Florida woman Terri Schiavo has ordered an autopsy after she dies to silence allegations his plan to cremate her body is aimed at hiding something, his lawyer said on Monday.

First question - is Michaels lawyer hiring the person doing the autopsy? If so, forget it. She died of old age.

Second - Life insurance ($$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$) companies often require an autopsy before they pay out all that money. When my dad died of cancer, we knew what killed him without a doubt, but it was the insurance companies policy that an autopsy be done anyway.

This may not have anything to do with "good faith." He may have to do it or forfeit all that big money he's been coveting as he watches his innocent wife starve to death in front of his eyes.

According to Fox, it is not even up to him to authorize or not authorize an autopsy. In the event of cremation, it is required by Florida law. He's just trying to take credit for the sun rising in the morning.

Or another twist....MS friend Judge Greer could step in and say, "No"...I ordered that she will be cremated. Then MS could come back with "I tried."

I caught a few minutes of Greta's show this evening and the lady reporter(forgot her name)said that in order to have a body cremated, there has to be an autopsy-FLORIDA LAW. The reporter then added, almost under her breath, "he doesn't have a choice." I may be wrong but I thought I saw a glimpse of disappointment on Greta's face when the reporter said that. Greta,in the beginning of the program, just going by her tone, appeared to think Michael had done some noble thing!

I agree. He wanted her cremated within an hour after she's declared dead. This autopsy wasn't Michaels idea. I hope he's suffering in fear right now.

This has shades of the Ohio recount. The nutballs kicked and screamed for a recount. They got it. Bush won. Easily. The loons still insist Bush cheated and Kerry won.

We will see the same type of behavior regarding Terri Schiavo'a autopsy.

No. FOX was reporting today she had broken bones in her feet, ankles, hips, and vertebrae. She was all broken up. It was in her 2002 medical report smuggled out to her parents in an anonymous shoe box.
When Terri's parents brought the info to the DA, he said the statute of limitations had run out to do anything.

On Sean Hannity's radio show earlier today I heard forensic pathologist Dr. Michael Baden say that the medical examiners there in Florida did good work. Dr. Baden said her bones should be examined to determine what might have caused any fractures Terri has. Also he said they should look at her head and brain for signs of trauma.

I wouldn't be surprised if they call in Fahmy Malak to do the autopsy. B-P

FYI, I remember he was the medical examiner who did the autospies for Kevin Ives and Don Henry, two 17 year old boys "who fell asleep on the railroad tracks." Rumor had it that stumbled upon a drug operation in Mena, Arkansas. Read about it here, just had to explain who Fahmy Malak is. He also claimed in 1987 that a man, James Milam, who died by having his head cleanly cut off but ruled the cause of death was a perforated ulcer and the head was eaten by his small dog.

Clinton Body Count

Malak was also involved with the Gordon Kahl case where Kahl a tax protestor got into a shootout with the Feds in 1983.

A dead body can't testify. If Terri should die of starvation/dehydration(I continue to pray that she would not be allowed to die such a horrible death), and fractures are found, it doesn't matter. It will be considered all speculation.

Those who do not believe Michael is responsible for death will say it proves she had fractures. For those of us who believe otherwise, this will confirm our suspicions.

Since there will be no legal reason for an autopsy to be ordered in this case, Felos can arrange a private examination of the brain only with the sole purpose of establishing what we already know...which is that she was severely brain damaged. If it happens, nothing says it need be or will be any more than that.

Delicious thought, isn't it? And now I'm fantasizing that Michael's grim lawyer knew about the Florida autopsy requirement all along and remained silent, letting his client spout-off about cremation, Terri's wish, blah, blah, blah and, ultimately, hang himself in the end. It's possible that his own creepy, little lawyer sees Michael for what he is and wants a little justice in the end.

For Terri to have so many broken bones it would seem that either mikey or her parent's should be able to explain where they came from. For example a major car accident, a fall down a flight of stairs, etc. Both parties would be familiar with the incident.

A full body MRI or CAT scan might reveal things an autopsy wouldn't and would be easily reviewed by a large number of people.

It would not require her to be dead, either.

When I first heard this report it said that Michael Schiavo wanted final proof of her condition. (Of course Greer will not order/allow the battery of tests that would determine much of the same thing while the woman is alive.) I wonder how extensive an autopsy will be.

There's no WAY the lawyers for Schiavo would allow an autopsy to be done if there was even the slightest evidence of wrongdoing.

I fear this will be an exercise in futility; they've obviously fixed it so they get the results they want, hence the bold statement to "allay all fears" and have an autopsy. How big of them.
