Old liberal, traditional Democrats are speaking out in support of Terri. Why are the today's "Democrat" rats ("free trade," international, pro-migrant labor) silent?
Less certain for me is the right's position. It seems that Goldwater (paleo) conservatives support Terri. Libertarians? I don't think so. Rockefeller Repulibcans (neo-con, "free trade," international, pro-migrant labor)? Not many openly support Terri unless I am wrong.
The pro-lifers will be deemed Randall's theocratic lunatics. With him as our friend, who needs an enemy?

I think it was in 1995 that intercepted coded msgs from the USSR were finally released after about 50 years; they confirmed all the facts that McCarthy alleged against Alger Hiss. I don't think any of McCarthy's allegations against House and Senate members have ever been disproven; in fact, I think a lot of them have been proven.
BTW, the NY Slimes noted the release of the intercepted coded msgs in a nondescript, tiny article.

It was really bad -- where do they find these people?
It breaks my heart. How many grandmothers were changing minds as they saw their daughters get married and pregnant and looked at those sonograms and realized this IS life. And were going to counsel their grandchildren and nieces and others not to get pregnant or ever find themselves needing an abortion.
So while trying to save one life, I truly think that other lives of the unborn are jeopardized now. The movement has lost ground. And so has compassionate conservatism.
The democrats are gleeful.
Those hippie commie chicks lost all credibility with me when one of them referred the 2000 election as stolen.

I'm with you, to an extent. I'm still in the "show me" camp as far as breaking the filibusters go.

I agree with you. I cannot stand Jesse Jackson, he makes everything a race issue! But if he can do anything to help Terry than I welcome his efforts!
