Too often when the need to know policy is expanded to include the, just curious, the enemy is the only winner.
As long as the enemy isa few clues shy of what has been revealed to the clueless party. the edge is in our favor.
I doubt that anyone would be willing to pay you, but nontheless you should consider tutoring yourself.
My point was that the airlines require the photo-id for business reasons and then blame the law. Of course, if we can't see the law, there is no law.
What would happen if some airline decided to cater to privacy-lovers and announced that they would sue the government if it failed to let their anonymous passengers through security? Answer: The law would be passed, and passed quickly. However, no airline is interested in doing this because there are not all that many people unwilling to tell their fellow-humans who they are.
Tell me about how long you've studied the law and tell me how many versions of a legal dictionary you own. Tell me about how you've read the PA from cover to cover. Tell me what was signed into law the day Saddam was captured that relates to the PA.

I can't afford to pay you for teaching that information to me, but if my opinion is as important to you as your attitude indicates-it would be beneficial to you, much more so than to me, if you clarify your position in language that even I and my dumbass peers can comprehend.
